David Higginson is the Clubs’ Rights and Planning Representative, dealing with the Cycle Campaigning work in Burnley and Pendle.
David has taken over the role from Len Howard, who held the position for many years. Len has now moved away from the area. We would like to extend our thanks to Len for all he has done for the club.
