
Most people are aware that exercise is good for your health and wellbeing. However, it is not always apparent what exercise you should be doing, how often you should be taking it, for how long, where that activity is available and how you go about doing it.
Fitness For Life can hopefully answer those questions for you, and by offering affordable, accessible activities in safe and attractive exercise facilities, we hope to make it easier for you to begin exercise and become more active.
Fitness For Life is designed for people who may have become inactive, have specific medical problems and would benefit from a specially developed 10 week personal exercise programme.
With the help of our exercise consultants, you can choose from a variety of activities and find out how much exercise you should be doing and how often. The appointment will last about one hour. Discussion will take place on your exercise preferences, goals and simple questions about yourself. Using this information you will be given a suitable exercise programme to help you benefit from a more active lifestyle.
