You can choose from 20 different templates, or designs, for the following business documents:
Creating a New or Retrieving an Existing Document Here is where you can delete, edit or add new documents of any format or template. For added convenience, you can also request a quote for your chosen document from a partner print organisation, or reprographics house. Customising and Producing a Document Click on the document detail page to select from a range of standard designs and themes. Follow the instructions and once you are happy with the document you have created, save and print it as detailed below. Saving a Document You can save and re-save a document either in draft or final form. When saving in final form, the file must be in a format suitable for presentation to a professional-quality print facility. Printing a Document Locally For extra convenience, you will be able to print the finished design from your machine to your chosen print facility. To prevent any margin for error, don't forget to check that the correct media is available in the printer ie A3 paper. Sending to a Reprographics Facility The reprographics quote page will automatically forward your finished design to a partner print organisation (PPO) for fulfilment, according to a set of instructions and production parameters.
