Community InvolvementGetting a good level of involvement from people in the local community is a priority for Pendle Partnership. The Partnership has a very broad and diverse membership from all sections of the community from all parts of Pendle. Most members of the Partnership live or work in Pendle and have an excellent knowledge of the area and what needs to be done to make life better. Members of the community are directly represented through the six reserved places on the LSP that are available for representatives from Pendle Community Network. Other members of the community including businesspeople, councillors and faith groups are also represented on the Partnership. The Partnership also undertakes a wide range of consultation activities in order to gauge the views of local people on key issues. Responding to one of our consultations is another important way in which you can influence the Partnership's work and have your say.
