Masterplanning
As part of Pendle's Housing Market Renewal programme, consultants Urbed, have been appointed to develop masterplans for Railway Street in Brierfield and the South Valley area of Colne. Throughout the process the engagement of the community, local businesses and agencies will be vitally important.
