BARROWFORD
This is an extremely pleasant walk with no difficulties although care is required route finding in a couple of places where there is no real footpath to be seen. Much of it is by river and canal and it also passes Nogarth Quarry - the only place in Pendle where there is any real rock climbing.
Start: Pendle Heritage Centre Car Park (863397) Length: 8k Height Gain: About 100m Time: 3 hours Grade: Easy
