West Craven Way opening ceremony

The opening of the West Craven Way in 2007 was marred by bad weather - and it got steadily worse throughout the day.

The next day wasn't much better but 19 people completed both days and fully deserved their certificates
Pendle from the Abbot Stone This is the Abbot Stone half way up Boulsworth with Pendle in the background - we have been here on every Festival.
The Bridge at the start of Fern Valley On the first day of the first Festival we went down Fern Valley. This is the bridge at the start - the weather was wonderful but rain the previous days meant the route was extremely muddy.
Lumb Spout Lumb Spout in Trawden is our highest, and prettiest, waterfall and, again, has been visited on every Festival.
Foulridge Res from Blacko Foulridge Reservoirs are visited on most Festivals - here all three can be seen from Blacko.
