The Grow and Sow Project an exciting and innovative project delivered by Pendle Leisure Trust and funded by the Lancashire Children’s Fund. 
The project is part of the Healthy Communities Programme and incorporates various aspects of healthy living.  The project promotes healthy eating, physical activity and organic gardening to 7-11 year olds in Pendle. 

The project gives children a chance to grow their own produce and help to develop skills such as nurturing, caring, concentration and co-operation in a fun, friendly and healthy environment.
