COLNE

Although about 1.5k of this walk has to be on roads overall it is a pleasant walk through fields and along the riverside. If the northern section is not taken the difficulty goes down to Moderate – Easy really if you don’t find 10k too long.

Start:              Colne Railway Station (882400)

Length:          15k  (10k for shorter walk)

Height gain:  about 200m  (100m for shorter walk)

Time:             5 hours  (3 for shorter walk)

Grade:           Moderate/Hard  (Easy/Moderate for shorter walk)
